We pride ourselves on the quality of our people and our technology. We have a customer service team who are highly trained and experienced in customer services and collections. They will make calls on your behalf to chase late payments as well as negotiate new payment arrangements with your customers if they are in arrears or serious default. We will work with you to develop customised call scripts so you can be assured that our team act and communicate just like your own internal team.
